SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Amongst other things, we pride ourselves on fast shipment and delivery of our orders and we promise to get your orders to you normally within 1 working day (see conditions below).

For all shipments, the following apply:

All orders completed before 3.00pm (GMT Monday to Friday) on a working day are shipped on the same day.

Orders completed on national holidays, over the weekend or after 3.00pm (GMT Monday to Friday), will be despatched the following working day.

All our packages are sent via Royal Mail services with full value insurance. In the event that your package is undelivered or arrives damaged, please contact us without delay and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you immediately.

All shipments have a tracking number and require signature of delivery.

UK SHIPPING

All our packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service for a standard flat fee delivery cost of £3.99.

Delivery is guaranteed for the next working day.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

All our packages are sent by Royal Mail International Signed-For service for a standard flat fee delivery cost of £6.99.
