RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For your peace of mind, all our items are backed by our unconditional 14 day full money back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so for an exchange or full refund (less carriage via original payment method) within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via our online webform or send us an email directly to service@binea.com with “Returns” as the subject.

Please note that we are only able to refund items received in its original unused condition. Ensure that returned items are sent in well protected packaging and sent with insurance of the full value for security while in transit. Returned items lost in the post or damaged while in transit cannot be refunded.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to extend this returns policy to earrings for pierced ears.

For your extra peace of mind, we will replace or repair any defective item resulting from original workmanship within 28 days of original purchase. An exchange with an item of similar value or full refund (including shipping both ways) will be refunded via original payment method if it is determined by our expert that the damage qualifies under this guarantee.
