How do I place an order?

Binea offers you flexible ordering either via the internet or via email. To order on the internet, please select your items and purchase them by clicking the “Buy Now” button next to them. When you are done, click the “Checkout” button available from every page to view your selection. Review your selection and make changes if you wish. Once you are happy with your selection, click the “Send Payment” button to send your payment and complete your order. An email of your order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.

Can I place a telephone order?
We are unable to accept telephone orders at this time. However, we will accept your order via email. Send us your order via our webform or send us an email to service@binea.com and we will contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment with you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer you a very diverse range of payment methods to suit your needs. You may pay using your credit/debit card, cheques and postal orders. Please visit our payments details page for full details of our available payment methods and how you can pay with each one.

How secured are my card details?
Our card processing is carried out via 128 bit encryption which guarantees safety of your details. Your credit card information is collected directly on the secured servers of Protosys and is sent directly to them. At no time do we see or handle your credit card information. This method of sending your details to us ensures they do not end up in the wrong hands. Although we give you our assurance that using your credit card on our site is safe and secured, if you do not feel comfortable using your card online, then please consider our other payment methods. What is the cost of postage?

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
For your peace of mind, we guarantee that all your orders from us are covered by our no quibble 14 day return policy. Please visit our detailed returns policy page for more information.

Do you gift wrap?
Presentation to us is vital. We package your orders with the greatest care and wrap each item individually in its own separate gorgeous Binea complimentary box. Optionally, if your order is a gift, you may request to have a personal message handwritten on our special gift tag for that personal touch. All these you get at no extra cost. What if my order is not in stock?
We make every effort to advertise only goods we have in stock. However, if for any reason, a purchased item is not in stock we will inform you without delay and offer you the option to cancel or to place a backorder. Should you prefer a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. If you prefer to place a backorder, your payment is still refunded but we will keep you on our backorder list and you will be sent an email notification once the item is restocked.
